Designing and building since I could order box steel.
Based out of Munich, Germany, I am an interdisciplanry engineer with 5 years of industry experience and 10 years of tinkering behind me.
I have a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and Masters degree in Data Science.
I have worked as a design engineer, researcher and project engineer.
Tools and Skills
3D modelling
During my Bachelors, I used Solidworks for 3D modelling and creating drawings. During my work as a design engineer, I used Autodesk inventor. Now I use fusion 360 for creating parts and drawings.
Whether the design is for laser cutting, injection moulding or 3D printing, I have experience in not just creating the target geometry, but making it manufacturable.
Prototyping
I have extensive experience with Rapid prototyping, 3D printing, laser cutting and power/hand tool based modifications.
This means that along with finished prototypes, I can provide the files (G-Code, STEP files and Drawings) that make it possible to reproduce the prototype later.
Mechatronics
To accompany enclosures and custom mechanisms, I have experience with microcontrollers used to drive solenoids, stepper motors and sensors to provide a full mechatronic solution.
I frequently code with Python, so if there is a specific feature of control architecture you would like (e.g. integration of voice command) then this is also possible!
